Dear Friends.

Those of you who know me know that I rarely ask for anything. But I am now.

Meghan Miller was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of malignant lymphoma. Meghan is just 33 years old, and lives in New York City where she has pursued creative work as an actor, writer, dancer, filmmaker and director.

Just last month, Meghan suffered odd, sporadic symptoms, including swelling in her face and fainting spells. After many tests and emergency room visits doctors determined that a 9cm tumour in her chest cavity (Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma) is the cause.

And as you likely know, they don’t have health care there like we do in Canada.

The good news is that we have been told this is absolutely treatable. It won’t be easy, but Meghan is a strong and feisty young woman and she will beat it.

Meghan Miller is in hospital and has started aggressive treatments in NYC. She has gone through six rounds of chemotherapy already; often for five or six days in a row. Given the intense treatment schedule, she is not able to work, or travel. That’s why we’re asking for your help.

Here is a “GoFundMe” link to her page and story. Whatever you can do to help (even the smallest amount) will be appreciated.

Please share this with your networks.

Thank you for your consideration, thoughts and support.
